bizhub C458: color offset @1200dpi

Hello again,

our customer is printing high quality pictures. He is printing on 1200 DPI. The prints are not really sharp, more like wishy-washy (Google Translator is my best friend, sorry for that )
I replaced the ITB with 2nd Transfer Roller, cleaned the IDC sensors and checked for a newer firmware. Still the same problem. When i checked the prints from the Gradation Adjust, i recognized black is off on 1200 DPI. I will upload the prints

Whenever i have problem with color registration and cant get it back inline, i do the Print Head Skew Reset and then do the reset calibration and do the calibration again.
And remember the K (black) doesn't move its the colors that move.
