Have a Konica c360 with a 529 finisher on it at the last page out when stapling doesn't get pulled back in all the way and the staple misses the page. Always seems to happen to the last page. I cleaned all the rollers and it did not seem to make a difference. Don't have very much experience with these internal sorters. Also have another one with 1183 code. Bigger sorter I would just line it up and that would get rid of that code but the smaller one no such luck. Any advice on either of these issues would be appreciated as I have no service manual for very limited experience on finishers thank you

There is a bulletin out where they show you 2 parts you need to remove to fix the issue. Wish i could point you to that but no access to that anymore.
My jaw dropped after struggling with that issue for 2 days then got the bulletin from Mr manager that found it somewhere in a moldy corner
2 minutes later the machine was stapling ok with less parts...
They actually unclip or pull off(mylars) with some force and no disassembly required. Long time ago.
Hope someone here got it.
A0U7 PPB7 00 look at those don't pull them of if you can confirm it first.
Once all the kinks are taken out of those they are actually half decent.Whatever -

The exit rollers and belts will also cause this if they are worn.Comment
