email notification konica 4 series and others

    Goodmorning everyone
I set up e-mail notifications for the toner out of the konica series 4 and others.
notifications arrive when the toner is completely used up and the machine is stopped.
Is it possible to get notifications before the machine stops?
or set a toner percentage when sending the notification?

Good Morning. Just send toner exchange message. For more control, use Prinfleet software.

Hi, the best system is Printfleet or CSRC.

However, if you want to change the value, you need to modify the Dip-Switch 151

Hi Bix, sorry but don't think it's possible for machine to send email notification before toner runs out, not in the way OP asked.
There was such topic here, read emujo's post:
Konica Minolta Low Toner Alert Notification
Also in new 8 series manual, there is no mention about advanced notification only notification when toner runs out.

Hi, you're right, maybe I wasn't very clear in the message.
I refer to the modification of the Dip-Switch only to modify when to send the warning for the level when configuring the connection via CSRC.

For printfleet instead you can do it directly from the software.
