Does anyone have any idea about what it is related to?
It only happens from time to time.

Looks like transfer belt cleaning blade problem.
Is it always appear with this 4 CMYK stripes?

I would change the belt. I have seen that with a 284 and some of the HP color machines. It seems to have fixed it
