C350 Gradation Adjust

The Gradation Adjust button is gone. Can anybody tell me where I can find it or how to get it back. I've looked in tech rep menu and in admin. Thanks

Is there an oil can in the bottom left corner of the touch screen? Its been a while but I seem to recall that if there is a IU problem or one of the other conditions that make that light come on the machine wont allow gradation to be run.

Check in service mode > Image Adjust > Bias Voltage Choice. If it is set to ON the Gradation Adjust button is gone.
