    CF1501 Error Code C0F37 & Black Sandy Page

    Copies are extremely grainy like black sand on the beach, then after a print job error code COF37 come on?? Is it possible that the replace black toner warning notice is not appearing and it actually needs black toner?
    PLEASE HELP!!

          When account is enabled at the machine, the toner low warning is not shown clearly. Replacing the black toner cartrigde will solve our problem. Check if the machine has the latest firmware ver 52/54.
