This will work if your two machines are on the same network.
If you don't have Pagescope Data Administrator download and install it.
Register your two machines.
On the first page where you see the machines listed, click function, then setting for multiple devices, then copy authentication and address data collectively. Then follow the wizard and it will be sweet.
Failing that I have had alot of success simply exporting the device address books, open in excell and copy and paste between files. Should note that this wont work with SMB passwords, they must encrypt them differently.
