C-FA16 in Buzhub C360

Hi there.
i encounter my customer place appear Error Code C-FA16 and reset also the same.

Any suggestion to solve this problem?

Bcas i saw the service manual said require to upgrade firmware but this copier been use in customer place more then 2 years.

If the manual suggests upgrading the firmware, that is probably a good place to start. Firmware can become unstable and sometimes needs a boost, even if it is the same level of firmware
