[Error Code] C6501 error 2452 & 2454 on Line speed 3

i have C6501 with Error 2452 and 2454
when i test in TCR sensor check on linespeed 1 & 2 value is on 130 but in linespeed 3 it change to 255 and error indicate
i swapped developing units and TCR sensors but error still occur.
BUT the developers Are out of life.
Can i change developer on this machine and initial TCR sensors to fix it OR i have to solve that error then change developer ???
how can i fix that?

Changed units by new or used ones?

It is necessary to adjust the exchange for new ones so the error disappears.

I changed with used . Other developing unit that installed on other color.
Is it ok by initial TCR sensor with new develolers?

quality will degrade per the amount of pages.

Developer amount 200%
Is this error for Developer quality ? Or belong to TCR sensor?
Can i fix it by new developer and initial tcr sensor without error 2452 or 2454 or 2412 ????
Whats wrong whit sensor just in linespeed 3 ?
Nvram reads sensors in depend of developer count or something like that ?

brother, just replace the developers with new ones, perform the replacement settings and the error will disappear.

TCR reading error in comparing toner percentages in the developer at certain speeds, causing 245x error.

TCR is ok. Replace rewinders and perform replacement
