Bizhub C550

Anybody have the touchscreen stop responding on a Bizhub C550? Recalibration doesn't work, reseated the touch panel connector along with all the other connectors on the panel, utility key reset done and still nothing.

I had a similar problem a couple of years ago on a C250, in my case it was a NVRAM problem.

NAVRAM, didn't think of that. We ordered the panel assy and will start there.

Are u able to do copies

Hi,

Are u able to do copies.it might be a NVRAM prob.

Try to make a copy or give a print from the PC.

Let us see wat happence.

If it s working with a PC or Fax then it is definitely Screen. Most likely need to Change Touch Screen.
