bizhub c3351 intermittent error c-2155

[POPEYE]

Got a service call, c3351 when switch from b/w to color print ,after color print out sometimes show c-2155. service manual said :transfer belt contact fault after k pressure established,,already replaced transfer belt ,1st transfer pressure solenoid SD-1,1st transfer pressure sensor ps9,but cannot fix the problem.any suggestion ?thanks alot

thanks for reply ,already ordered M1 and will be replaced soon,but I test M1 in service mode -load check mode ,it will turn ,so i think M1 seems normal

My boss did battle with a C3351, having 2155 under warr.


He did M1 with no luck.


The last thing on the list was..... "main drive assy"

That was last item replaced.... no calls / or 2155 codes since then.

Thanks alot,I will bring along main motor and main drive assy ,hope its not MFB.

Definitely the drive unit. We have had two examples of this in the last couple of months. Drive unit fixed it both times.

YES,the main drive solved the problem

and I changed it at client office,the table had enough space for me to service.
