One client have a bizhub20 and used scan to email .the mc scan documents which coverge is not big.They said that the mc previously scan big documents with no problem.Onle a few days back the mc scan only 6 pages then it stop sending and give a sending error.What could cause the problem.Ialso askedhim to speak to their ITdepartm.and asked if the mail server capacity is not overcrowded.His response was that ITdept .said on their side everything is right. They even try to mail something to another email address and it shows sending error.What can i do further.
