We are having problems with scanning to Windows10 and Server2019 from Konica Minolta bizhub C552 and C654e. We know it is the Firmware level/version SMB 1.0 vs 2.x situation, however we are having an internal debate and what to confirm with (e.g. Card Version vs Controller Boot Program) and Card Version is missing on the C552. We verify with MFP Controller BOOT Program right as that is on both machine?

1. G20-M0 is latest base FW on your C654e, you will need special FW for SMB2 support, minimum is GDB-M0.
