    bizhub 215 fax

    Hi everyone,

    I have a 215 with fax kit.
It sometimes print out a several amount of strange documents, the fax screen shows a icon that is a paper with "!". I checked the manual this icon means " a document has been received by an in-memory proxy reception ". Every time I need to get the DRAM clear in service mode.
What the meaning of in-memory proxy reception ? And how can I disable this function?

    Best regards,

I think it's normal function not only on Konicaminoltas. When the machine cannot print a received fax due to paper jam or exhaustion of consumables, the received fax is stored in the memory until machine is ready to print.
