You just need to buy the reset chips and install them. That old machine is really a Konica C450 copier and while most of the C450 parts work in the Oce/imagistics, the drum chips are different. Do a search on the internet or maybe ebay for:

"Drum Chips Imaging Unit for Imagistics Oce CM4520" and you should find them.
