      Do you import from a (csv) file?
      It's hard to see any details on the image you have uploaded.

        Re: Data Administrator Error during import

        My import file is (.txt)
        separate ";"

        i have installed last year "log management" software on a PC.
        I supposed that it's the start of my problem.

        I think the log audit is FULL but where is it ?

        MFC ? PC software ?
        I don't know where i can erase it

        If i try to import DPT CODES with an USB -----> it's OK
        But I can't use Data Administrator after.

          I have very limited experience from the log management utility, but if you export the log files from the MFP and select "Delete the saved record from the received log" log data will be deleted on the MFP.

              C-D010 during DEPARTMENT CODE import

              To give my experience,

              Recently,
              I succeeded an C-D010 during DEPARTMENT CODE import with Data Administrator 4.1.44000.

              After trying many OPTIONS :

              - Desactivated HDD, Power OFF/ON
              - UNPLUG HDD,
              - Trouble Reset, Power OFF/ON
              - C-D010 at START

              I've changed HDD
              - Physycal Format --> OK
              - Logical Format --> NO GOOD and COPIER REBOOT and C-D010 at START

              AFTER MANY HOURS

              SOLUCE

              THE SSD IS CORRUPTED AND JUST NEED TO BE FORMATED

              - Physycal Format --> OK Power OFF/ON
              - ENTER the PASSPHRASE KEY by DEFAULT ***********
              - REIMPORT DATA WITH DATA ADMINISTRATOR
