[Scan to email] Konica Minolta bizhub C35

can some one please guide me how to set up scan to email function properly on bizhub C35

i have this machine since 2017 and tried 3 diffrent time to set up by following google instrucions but end up in a mess

scan TX error message job cancelled

i just give up and need a help.

please help me out

i am willing someone to set up all remotely if posiible please
