Sounds Like a Power Supply Problem.
Check PSU Connections or Replace PSU.

      That codes means:
C3822: Fusing abnormally low temperature detection (Edge of the heating roller)
If the enviorement is very, very cold in the morning it may cause that.
i think yhat on this machine when you have to replace the unit you have to replace the hole unit, otherwise I would tell you to try and replace the edge thermistor.
If you have a fusing unit from another machine or an old unit you can exchange the units temporaraly for test purpuses and see wath happens.
Of couse many thins can cause that, faulty fusing unit, dirty thermistor in the fusing unit, bad conections, PSU, Sensor boads, ...
Also if the voltage on the power socket is too low, or the wires in the electrical installation are very long may cause a voltage drop that causes that, but theses situations are very unlikely to happen.
Advice that was given to me: Always keep the old units recoved from the field when you replace them for new. Good for testing and to use parts to fix units that break down before the end of there live expectancy.
Is the machine runing a recent firmware?
Is the fusing unit in the end of its life?
