KM C558 C2530

Hi

We have a C558 throwing a C2350 error.

Machine when asked for a Print or copy delivers to registration then throws error relating to FM11. The fan is registering 24v and 3.3v on lock and operates in load check without any issues. Fan has been replaced for fault finding.

Next manual advises change of MFP PCB which was replaced and didn't resolve.

Has anyone experienced this issue relating to the toner exhaust fan?

Hi El Papa,

I think the code you referring to is "C2350". please try swopping this fan with the Duplex fan on the right door.

Typo. Should have been C2350 in header. Fan has been replaced and error still showing.

I would check MFP for an open ICP (fuse) and fan wiring for open/short harness.
