[Error Code] C-D010 during DEPARTMENT CODE import

To give my experience,

Recently,
I succeeded an C-D010 during DEPARTMENT CODE import with Data Administrator 4.1.44000.

After trying many OPTIONS :

- Desactivated HDD, Power OFF/ON
- UNPLUG HDD,
- Trouble Reset, Power OFF/ON
- C-D010 at START


I've changed HDD
- Physycal Format --> OK
- Logical Format --> NO GOOD and COPIER REBOOT and C-D010 at START


AFTER MANY HOURS

SOLUCE

THE SSD IS CORRUPTED AND JUST NEED TO BE FORMATED

- Physycal Format --> OK Power OFF/ON
- ENTER the PASSPHRASE KEY by DEFAULT ***********
- REIMPORT DATA WITH DATA ADMINISTRATOR

I don't know but i've many problems with Data Admin since 1 year on series8 & series4 during import data.
But First time a C-D010 !
