I'm rebuilding the fusers of the BH-C280/360 series since long with good results (parts from Hop Sing).
Since its a lot of work I replace not only the fuser film but at the same time the sponge roller inside the film and also the press roller. The teflon hot roller inside the film remains untouched since I never noticed any significant wear on these.
I noticed that the foam roller and also the press roller often look as new so I'm considering to not replace them that often anymore. Perhaps 2 films against 1 roller of each?
