    Dear friends ,

    my customer has a bizhub c35, the problem is tha the machine work fine as printer but when i go to copy the machine freez ..
    In the control panel write ready for copy ... calibrating.

    i try to update firmware and when i reboot the machine the error code : 13E2

    what can i do.

      1. Try to rewrite engine firmware.
      2. Replace PRCB.

          can you send me please a firmware for update with usb please?

          i have this file : bizhub_C35_EngineFW_v50G0-0200-00.zip

          it is correct for usb update ?

                      Just had this issue yesterday. There are two engine firmware versions based on the PRCB. One version has a 0 and one version has a 1. One version is 50G1 and the other is 50G0. If you use the wrong version you will get a 13E2 code.
