C250 + FS-514

Have any of you guys installed a FS-514 on a C250?
I have changed the connector and tried with several FW versions from H5 or later.
The machine hangs in "warming up" when the finisher is connected. The Finisher works fine on a C252.

1.Does machine work fine without finisher ?

2.If you connect finisher is there any error message ?

1. Yes
2. No error message, but the display shows "warming up" and the Copy key stays orange.

Two strange things:
- If I look at the FW versions i service mode, the finisher fw is shown as "9J08-0090-06-00-(" (no check sum)
- If I try to upgrade the FS-514 FW when it is connected to the C250, I get the message "Not connected" after a while.

I would check all connections between FS and engine, it looks like engine has loose connetions or bent pin. If I ever have had any similar issue for example between scanner and machine, there were the same indicators like corrupted fw, orange start button.
