    Bizhub C258 demo page

Hey folks I'm feeling really stupid to start such a thread. Have one C258 and when printing internal test/demo page that one with the bird can't get it in full color only in B&W. It's not that important just minor annoyance still would like to put it right.

Do you have account tracking or user authentication on on that machine?
Could be that your user account does not allow color, or even the public account is restricted.
    Whatever

Seen that once on C227 and looks strange to me but was there because other business and did not manage to discover why is that happening.
Prints was fine when set to color, just "bird" test was greyscale.
Like to know solution too, just in case

No allan, this machine don't have any kind of authentication but I like the way you're thinking
I seem to recall that if machine is defaulted to black copy mode instead of auto color it prints 'bird' page in halftones, but this one I checked. Some soft switch may acting, next time when visit them will use usb to import MML and compare settings with working machine.
Thanks both for taking your time to read and reply.
