    Bizhub C6500 - Light stripes only on CMY

    Hello,

    I have an issue where I get light horizontal lines in the feeding direction but only on CMY (100% coverage). I attach a photo.

      I don't know this beast but may be primary transfer rollers. What's the TB unit life?

          Do that test on 11x17 or 12x18, measure the repeat distance in CM/MM... then i can tell you.

              Thank you for your answers! I found out it was some toner spilled over the magenta corona unit. The sample attached above was printed from CorelDraw. They were not pure CMYK colors. I've done some tests from the service menu and I saw that the only one affected was magenta and then it was pretty obvious where to start investigating.
