    IC 601 didn't get connected to machin C6000

    Hi
    I need help with IC 601!
    The controller doesn't get connected with the machine! No printing is possible except copying.The error on the machine is 00-014. Iam suspecting the HDD are corrupted!
    I need suggestions on replacing HDD because I am new to IC 601.
