konica 7145 f35-3 error code

Hi Im having a problem resetting this code. I cant get into 25 mode because the sub switch is not on . Relay 1 needs to be reset , how can i doit.I have power to the main switch???. any help will be appreciated. thanks

hi there..try off the main switch while press and hold 2 5 mode and on the main switch.it will direct send u to 2 5 mode.Enter Dipsw 3 - 1 to 0.But make sure the problem must be settled down First.Hope this will solved your prob.
