Special Firmware for C500 PRO

I am trying to get special Firmware C12-CMVO for a C500 PRO, for a problem that was mentioned in solution ID YAUS064921EN but am not having any luck.

'Toner is backing up or solidifying in the cleaning unit box for the transfer belt causing the transfer belt drive motor M18 to bind F23-09 may also be indicated'

'The special Firmware will keep the transfer belt cooling fan on for a period after the copy process has completed'.

I have aquired Firmware V 14-00000 but am unsure if this patch is included in this release. Can anyone confirm if this patch is included in this release or point me in the right direction to aquire this patch.

I can send that firmware to you if you like. But that firmware is old, what level are you at?
