Hi, I have the problem with Bizhub C6500. We purchased it in the Netherlands and servise mode is locked on it. Default passwords like "92729272" and other are wrong.
I sent mail to the KM office in the Netherlands but did not receive a response from them. Can you please advice me how to handle this situation?
If I purchase a Overall control board (OACB) from another printer, this will help me?
