    He has posted the faulty images a couple of times in the thread.

    On some KonicaMinolta color machines, if you do not follow the setup instructions you will get horizontal colored lines (alternate pages of cyan and magenta) on all color copied pages. Any KM tech has probably had this happen a couple of times just skipping a setup step.
    Since this model is older and his machine probably isn't new, I suspect someone did a clear on the machine and now the setup steps will have to be done to clear the "lines of shame". So called because it means the tech got sloppy during setup.

                I did not find the serial number of the scanner behind the machine Is it possible to be the problem of entering the serial number on the scanner from above under Glass

                  No. You have to visit the serial number page but entering values is not needed.

                    Is there another way to return the machine to the factory setting?
                    Or use my c284e-firmware
                    Because I do not know use the machine in copying

                        You are correct, we have given him the fix FOR MONTHS...

                        he has been provided with the actual guide that comes WITH the machine...

                          I did the steps in the booklet
                          I entered the date and then I entered the serial number
                          The problem still exists

                              Do you have some P codes showing on display because i think you have damaged drum k watching your photos (top side)?

                                I had the same trouble with a C452 and it was a memory error on the MFP board. After replacing the MFP board, everything was fine

                                i think swap CCD because this lines is from bad image creation from scanner ccd not a physical problems in scanner like scan motor mirrors and other scan parts.

                                if it prints ok, its a memory issue - usually fail memory stick has gone bad.. replace, then if still there go to the mpf board...

                                but check all connectors first, and does the same lines happen when scanning?

                                Agreed, if the issue shows on internal prints its most likely the memory. TAUS1001639EN

                                tnrtt has a lot of things to check, but probably the quickest and easiest thing to do is a memory check in Service Mode.
                                If NG try memory modules.
                                Then unfortunately the replacement of the MFP board.

                                However, do not depend on those memory checks as being unequivocal I have had memory checks pass even with a bad DIMM.
