I need help with an IC-303 Fiery for a C6500. When you turn it on nothing comes up on the little LCD display on it. When you hook up a regular monitor to it works on the monitor and gives you the boot menu, but when you choose to boot to windows it starts to boot but then goes to a black screen too.

The first thing I would try is reloading system software. -
By default any screen your plug in will turn off as you need to buy the FACI option. What is the LED doing on the fiery. If it is red then You will need to reload.Comment

I agree. Re-load the software before you try anything expensive like new HDD or motherboard.Comment

The LCD built into the fiery doesn't show anything and the LED above it doesn't light up at all either. The only way you see anything is when you connect an external monitor up to it. It gives you the boot options. You can choose to load windows but then the screen goes blank. Where can I get the software to reload on the fiery. We are not a konica dealer.Comment
