1050 trimmer board sd-501

Replaced trimmer board and now have a mark 3 inches long 1.200 inch from trimmer blade in middle of booklet. I did the 71-55 71-58 and 71-95 ok. The trimmer board is square. The only thing i did was clean out scrapes from mylar 1.200 from trimmer blade. It just seems it is getting to much pressure. Checked the position of the press motor home sensor and looks good. The trimmer board i put in was 15an52822f. It looks a little different but not too much.

Got it fixed

Pulled out the trimmer assmy today. The lower press plate poped out over the guide brackets that are 1.200 inch from blade. Had to remove screws and brackets and pop back in. I believe the scraps from blade go under the lower press plate and after a while force the plate up. I talked to the operator and he was having ragy cuts before. Now the cut is uniform and looks great. Hope this helps someone sometime.
