bizhub 4020 where is autoswitch tray?

Hi, does anyone remember where I can find the setting to disable the tray autoswitch setting when the paper ends on bizhub 4020?

Try this:
Configure MP menu - set to Manual instead of default Cassette. That shouldl set MP feeder only for manual print jobs.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion but in the normal settings I could not find this setting.


Not even by pressing 2, 6. The only setting I could find is the feed source. I can set manual but if they make a copy, it requires printing from the bypass.


Let me know if you have any other advice.

Tray Linking
This feature links all trays with the same paper size and type. When a tray becomes empty, the printer
will feed paper from the linked tray.
Available options:
 On
 Off

Thanks a lot tsbservice, it's the exact option!
Unfortunately, the German translation of the manual is not very intuitive. I was convinced that that option would disable the visibility of those trayers.
