Refilling tn 216 with tn622 or tn615

Hello everyone
I'm having a debate with some other technicians on whether its better to refill tn216 with tn622 or tn615
Some are saying tn622 is better for the dv unit since tn615 got no developer mixed with the toner, other are saying tn615 is better since tn622 will damage your dv units.

IMO tn622 and tn615 got no developer inside the toner powder except for the bk one where tn216k got developer mixed with the toner so both should work just fine for cmy, and bk should be refilled with tn622.
The only dif is on newer models like c224,c308 where the toner powder is mixed with developer on all cmyk toners.

Hi Mircea,

Do you know any affordable large toner recipient that have mixed content (developer+toner)? Is TN622 or TN615 suitable to refill a TN620/TN619? Or do you know any provider in Romania that sells bulk mixed powder for my C3070L?

Also, what do you think about bulk developer sold at ~100 euro/kg?
