Got a call from another company's tech to have look at the 754e for no display problem. After cross questioning about the problem he revealed that the machines actually came for some routine service and an _SS Tech was working on the fault of machines not feeding toner, so he tried to fix it the old way.. PULL OUT THE BATTERY ON MFP BOARD.... machine is dead now and that tech is nowhere to find.
So any suggestion about it, will a reflash work.. I have to visit machine yet.
