Accurio c2060 C-6102 code

I get this Scanner home position code 6102, I replaced the home position sensor, scanner drive motor and scanner drive board twice.
It fixed the issue for about a month twice. Now the code is back for the 3rd time. Has anyone seen this?

par chance did you clean and lube any moving part or scanner rails?

Yes, cleaned and lubed. Machine only has 120k on it.
