j-7216 bizhub 950

Have this problem for a long time never have enough time to commit to solve problem.
Machine is Bizhub 950 + FS-611
Machine is in fully working state except when print or copy some job including large black areas in the middle of page then it throws j-7216 all time.
I put to copy 3 full black sheets, face up, 2 sheets come out from finisher then jam occurs and third paper left in fusing unit.
I try to clean, replace photo sensor (fs entrance sensor) from other working finisher,same thing.
I try also to bent sensor plate little bit down so sensor is more close to paper passage but nothing better.
When i check sensor by I/O check manualy it register paper with some full black print but at high speed paper passing it seems it can not register it.
Just to mention,when black area is not in the middle where sensor aiming it goes out without problem.
It looks like sensor dont have enough sensitivity to read reflection from black area on the paper...

Somebody seen this problem,maybe i am missing something?

Did you per chance checked this sensor?

Root Cause
FS-528, J-7216 when outputting copies/prints with high toner coverage.

CAUSE: The main body exit sensor (PS6) is contaminated or has failed.

SOLUTION: Remove the main body exit unit and clean PS6 and the surrounding area. If the problem remains, replace PS6 (p/n 56GA 8553 1).

Nice hint Tsbservice!
I did not checked this sensor because jam description did not mention it as a problem, i focused on fs entrance sensor because desription says that one is not turn on after paper exit sensor is turn on.
To be honest,never remove paper exit unit,just clean main body exit rollers sometimes,it could be much dirt on sensor so it can not detect paper with large toner coverage.
Just checked, in 950 service manual it is named paper exit sensor (PS61).
I will check this in next few days.

Should be (PS61), I think they missed (1) in Solution. Nice to see you worked out before solving it, really like thinking people

P.S.
There are a bunch of this sensors in parts list, you can use one other for tests if need.

Just blow sensor in paper exit unit with air-can today and guess what, it works with full black print without problem.
