Hi Guys,

I have some issue when going to enlarge the image for copy. It shows the ratio like in the attachment.
Instead of shows A4,A3 or B5...

Any idea,guys?

Hi Phil,

Normal when inside copy mode..press on zoom/ratio to enlarge the image..normally will shows in A4-.A3 or B5-A4 for example..but mine here show different size,such as 11x17->8 1/2x11 ...

Hi Phil,

Nope. Its new machine and already used since 2016.

May i know how to change it..i did change the measure from inch(Fraction) to mm(Numeric Value) in utility/system settings/measurement unit settings

But nothing change.

Did you do some sort of initialization or clear all data? Looks like wrong region settings.

I just replaced new mfp board due to the machine prompt key in serial number and tpm chip error.

What machine model? Did you follow the book for MFPB replacement?
DO WE NEED TO PULL ANSWERS FROM YOUR MOUTH ?!?

Its fixed.Just change the setting in(svc mode->System 1 -> Marketing Area -> US change to others2).

Its fixed.Just change the setting in(svc mode->System 1 -> Marketing Area -> US change to others2).

FYI mm vs inch is most times Regional/Market/Timezone across ALL brands
