    could be anything in the image process

    how long has it been since PM maint cycle?

    what are the life counts on the PM parts?

    is toner spilling in the paper path?

    genuine OEM toner?

    you give us little to work with here

      Looks like it is pulling developer to me...Can you feel the "grit"?

        When you open machine you must see what is problem right away with this kind of horiffic samples.
        I would be start from fusing section to transfer belt,drums,developing units...
