    Scanning of 130F

Hi guys, can anybody help with scanning on this machine. I am not sure about that how to do.

I instalated the GDI driver which should be together with scanner driver but I still get the message: Can't connect to 130F scanner

If I want to install the scanner the Xp can't see him but I am sure it is there.

    Thanks

Is the driver listed in Device Manager / Imaging devices?
From my knowledge, once you installed the printer driver, the scanner came with it automatically.

I thought the same but I couldnt see it in device manager. When I tried to connect the scanner I got the message ,,failed to connect the scanner,,

The local connection was fine I could print the test page.

        130f

        -uninstall previous driver (130f)
-delete konicaminolta 130f folder on C.
        -restart pc
-do not connect copier to pc at this time
-insert original CD an follow the wizard to the end
        -insert USB cable
-when ask about path -browse to konicaminolta 130 f folder on C.
-for scanning use a spec program (adobe, corel, irfanview, acdsee,..)
        enjoy !
