Konica minolta C6500 image skewing problem

I have a problem in Konica minolta C 6500 there is a problem of image skewing it is a new machine with only 5000 copiers it has a pf unit and saddle stiching unit . problem is first coming from 4and 5 try now it is from all five trays


In glossy paper it 2 mm skewing and in mat paper it is 1 mm skewing any solutions please reply to me

Registration roller springs set to maximum setting?
White idle rollers on adu entrance contacting correctly?
You have followed the technical note about PF unit installation?
Your customers paper is actually cut straight?

Otherwise goto machine adjustment and change the CD skew adjustment until it's corrected.
