    Konica c287

    hi everyone i have a konica c287 when it starts it shows on screen the harsh diagnostic mode error e4-2 and crashes

      i don't see how people can 'work' on copiers without a service manual to interpret the codes and things.

          Toto are you enduser or tech? If tech show us that you read manual and what have you done.
