I'm looking for setup instuctions for the IP921 to a Bizhub Pro C500. I have on installed but it won't let me select the print or scan. I have looked through the service manual and can't find anywhere to turn it on. I think the inside service tech has the controller installed properly.

Do you see the controller icon on the display even though you are unable to select 'Print' or 'Scan'?

If not, remove any extra memory and try again. If you still cannot see the controller icon, check the controller connectors and reseat the hard drive and try again.

If you still have problems, you may need to reinstall the system code on the Fiery.

It says the memory is full so i'm looking to reinstall the system software. I have the software but no instructions
