    Firmware for KM C284

    Hey

    Please help. I need firmware for a KonicaMininolta Bzihub C284.
    I have a ex colleague and he have a C284. Suddenly it's now possible to scan to mail.
    Nothing change I account, and mail company haven't change anything.
    Machine is't firmware Update for many years, so I think a firmware update is the right.
    I'm ex KM production print engineer.

      Firmware won't help..this model will never support the higher TLS settings required..Either move to a less secure mail app, or upgrade to new 8 series. CXXXe will work if TLS firmware is installed. E

          There are a couple firmwares you need to correct scan to email. I had this a long time ago. Firmware did end up fixing the problem
