Bizhub 4050

Hi All,

I got a customer that has a Bizhub 4050... They wanted to add some users to the one touch...

You guessed it... They changed the Admin password... I thought it would easy to reset it back for them. I can get into service mode but I can get to the next screen to reset the Admin password like the C224e.

I check the service manual but I do not see how to do it.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Well, the service manual gives clear instructions on how to get to the correct place to change it...
