I have a Bizhub Pro C500 with a code 89-01 and the code isn't in the book. Can anyone let me know what the code is.

Did you replace an board in this machine, because if you exchanged an board you have too enter the serial number also you can't use a board from an other machine you enter the serial number for testing with an used board but it won't work if you turn off and on the machine.I can send you an document how too test or enter an serial number with an new board or how too test with an used board so you can do troubleshooting before ordering an new board Gr KMcopier
