Konica Pagepro 4650 Toner missing

    Konica Pagepro 4650 Toner missing

    Machine was working fine until the toner needed to be changed. When a new one is installed it says "Toner missing" check toner message. We have tried other toners and the same message. The contacts in the printer are fine on the right side and nothing looks out of place. If I put the old toner in it sees it and says its empty. We have tried three additional toners also. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance

      Are you using OEM toner? These cartridges have a chip on them and if you're using a compatible maybe this is the issue. Not sure but just throwing it out there.

          I am using a compatible toner and that is what was being used. Where is the chip in the toner and can it be reset? Thanks for the reply.

              It's under under a round cover I believe on the right side the cartridge. The only way to reset it as far as I know would be to replace
