Konica Bizhub C224e Image Problem, Please Help

Hey Guys,
I'm having a problem with a BH C224e, attached is a demo page printed from the machine and a copy of that demo page on the glass and on the adf. The magenta is off image, any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Tried it, but unfortunately it says "Stabilizer NG" so cannot go through with the process

Tried it, but unfortunately it says "Stabilizer NG" so cannot go through with the process

then start cleaning optics carefully

if it fails again re init scanner

Remove transfer belt unit and clean both IDC sensors, after reassembling, perform image stabilization from service mode.

reseat adf connections and all connection to the scanner unit, then run a self diagnostics to see if any show a ng, if not the start with ccd cis dual scan image board, mfp board
