C250i error c0211

Hi guys and girls,

Really having a week of it. We have a few customers recently with brand new c250i machines which are getting bypass tray issues. Mostly c0211 codes and not detecting the correct paper size in the tray.
All on latest firmware.
Is anyone having any issues as well?

Unfortunately yes on one 250i...
I had no solution... make the bypass adjustment min/max after that the detection should work for the moment. But it was not the final solution it happens again... it was with firmware 73 maybe with the newer version it is better but i don't think so.

The problem with portrait and landscape persists... the device was asking always for portrait no matter which settings are set in the driver.

Can you please make a check for me? I had also a problem with customer paper format. On this new series you have to put your custom paper on the scan glas and the device makes a size detection. The problem is that it shows always the full lenght of the scanner (about 420mm) no matter which size on the glas. Im wondering if the 2 problems apears togheter.
