    Bizhub 250 Twain Scanning

Can't get this to work. Environment is: Bizhub 250 with HDD, Networked with a Fixed IP in a Windows 2003 Domain. The workstation has XP Pro. I've updated the firmware on the Bizhub, and installed the HDD Twain driver, but when I try to acquire a scan, the driver asks for an IP and then tells me that the device is not supported. Anyone out there had any luck with this?

      Twain

Trying to scan using the Twain Driver. It's for a Medical Database/Patient package called AR. This software uses twain to import documents into the patient file.

            c250 firmware update

There is a firmware updater that konica minolta uses to write to the card. A compact flash card 129mb is needed
